2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our Service:

Account Information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Kalshi API key and secret (encrypted with AES-256)

Payment Information:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc.
• We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number
• We only receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status

Usage Information:

• Trade activity executed on your behalf (stored in our system for your dashboard)
• Bot performance metrics (win rate, P&L, trade history)
• IP address and browser type (for security purposes)

Information We Do NOT Collect:

• We do not collect social security numbers or government IDs
• We do not collect bank account information
• We do not access your bank account or external payment methods
• We read your Kalshi account balance solely to calculate position sizing (1% max risk per trade) — we never withdraw, transfer, or move funds

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the automated trading bots on your Kalshi account
• Provide your personal performance dashboard
• Send you daily trading summaries and important account notifications
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve our trading algorithms (using aggregated, anonymized data only)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Protect Your Data

• API Keys: Encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit
• Passwords: Hashed using bcrypt — we never store plaintext passwords
• Data transmission: All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Server security: Our VPS is protected with firewall rules and access controls
• Access control: Only authorized personnel can access customer data

5. API Key Security

Your Kalshi API key and secret are the most sensitive data we hold. We want to be transparent:

• Keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage
• We use trade and read permissions — we read your balance to calculate position sizes and place trades on your behalf. We cannot and do not withdraw funds from your account.
• Keys are never logged in plaintext
• You can revoke access at any time by deleting the API key in your Kalshi account settings
• Upon account cancellation, your API keys are permanently deleted from our systems

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Stripe: For payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Kalshi: We interact with Kalshi's API to place trades on your behalf
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you

We never sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

7. Data Retention

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
• Upon cancellation, your personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Trade history may be retained for up to 1 year for legal and accounting purposes
• You may request immediate deletion by emailing support@kalshiedgepro.com

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your trade history in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

9. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Session cookies: Required for dashboard login functionality
• Stripe cookies: Set by Stripe for payment security

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Our Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

11. International Users

Our servers are located in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). By using our Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the EU and USA. We comply with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
