Kalshi Edge Pro provides automated trading software that connects to your Kalshi prediction market account via API and executes trades on your behalf based on algorithmic signals. The Service is:
You retain full ownership and control of your Kalshi account at all times. We never hold, custody, or control your funds.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade on Kalshi in your jurisdiction. Kalshi is accessible in approximately 140 countries, but is restricted in several major regions including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, China, India, and Russia, among others. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of Kalshi and this Service is legal in your location before signing up. We do not accept liability for use of the Service in restricted jurisdictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algotrading Systems Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algotrading Systems Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and the bots will stop trading your account.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS Arbitration Rules rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. The arbitration shall take place in Bexar County, Texas.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
